The Gilbert Police Department made a special delivery this week to a group of high school students. During a car wash to raise funds for the Highland High School marching band, Sgt. Benny Fisher brought in the SWAT vehicle. It took a few extra kids to clean it, but they clearly didn’t mind. The band members are raising funds for help pay for visiting teachers and musicians later this month. In five hours, the kids raised more than $600.
